Tiffany Donelson

Tiffany Donelson is the vice president of program at the Connecticut Health Foundation. As the VP of Program, Tiffany works to continuously ensure that CT Health’s grantmaking practices are equitable, transparent, and advancing the organization’s strategic objectives. Through her work at the foundation, she advocates for sustainable funding and certification for CHWs and believes they are critical to achieving health equity and access to care for underserved populations and people of color. Tiffany served on the SIM Health Information Technology Council and the Capital Community College Community Health Worker Advisory Council. She received her M.P.H. in health policy and management at Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health, and her B.S. in biology at Georgetown University.
